DON'T MISS OUT ON THE BIG CELEBRATION!!!
How To Get Your Peace Globe November 2007

OK, so...the left arm is still bothering me, but we can actually type for more than 2 minutes without it screaming out in pain. Found a wonderful Chiropractic office...my doctor is a cool dude and we have had a ton of conversations about life...

Then they have a whole room of therapy equipment including roller beds and tens machines...then the coolest...a staff of massage therapists who use 'touch-point' massage techniques.

The best part..each visit only costs $10.00...yup even for a 1/2 hour massage. Had one yesterday and she worked two knots around my left shoulder that were the size of Texas...we actually slept most of the night on Tuesday, only waking once...a huge difference from the sleepless nights we had for the four days before that.

Thanks for all the good wishes my dear guests...all y'all make me feel so good.

Going up to Baltimore to see Matt the first weekend of November... did we mention that already? We can't remember...LOL

told ya... do not hate us! LOL

We like our brownies with walnuts....yummy

Well guys....boxers, briefs or boxer-briefs?
For us it is only boxer-briefs...Of course this is when we are not wearing jeans!

Ladies? What about you....what do you prefer on your man?

Colorado made quick business of Arizona...man they are hot right now.
Cleveland one game away from putting the Red Sux out of it all...

You think the executives at Fox Broadcasting are trying to figure out a way to poison the entire Cleveland team and at least get the Sux into the World Series? It might be fun to watch for real baseball fans, but a Rockies-Indians World Series will be a ratings disaster.

One must be fond of people and trust them if one is not to make a mess of life.

18 Of Your Sparks

  1. I dunno - for we expatriate Midwesterners living in the West, I think a Rockies/Tribe WS sounds pretty damn good. Of course, woulda been waaaaaay more fun if it had been my D-Backs...

Um, what's up with the brownie talk? You hinting for a care package?

Boxer briefs are the rage in this house.

  2. Travis Cody Says:
  3. Good news on the arm.

Better news about spending some time with Matt.

    Sorry...skipping the politics for now.

    Brownies - plain.

Boxer briefs. Pam also prefers boxer briefs...at least that's what she likes for me.

I'm actually intrigued by Colorado vs Cleveland.

    Love the quote!

  4. Peg Says:
  5. Started a comment, and blew it away with the wrong combo of keystrokes--weird.

Anyhoo--I'm glad that the massages are touching the right points and hey, a quiz is a quiz, and whatcha gonna do? LOL

As to the undies, I officially have a stalker in Mommie Dearest, and have promised my Secret Admirer that I'd not reveal too much about him... ;-)

You must be psyched to see Matt...it will be good to see him.

  6. DONGBIRD: As I said, it would be interesting for a baseball fan.. but from a ratings standpoint it will not be good...
No, I actually made some brownies Monday and was eating one, which is what prompted the comment!

TRAVIS: TY except for waking at 1:30 and not being able to feel the arm...guess I was on it wrong...skip away, after those results I might have to! BB are the best..and again..I think it would be an interesting series to watch...but not for the semi-fan...thanks

PEG: Blogger has been weird...I know it is, but Richardson?!?!! Who knew!?! OK, just whisper in my ear, I will not tell anyone! LOL I am psyched thanks

  7. Tidy whitey underware are damn scary. Thanks for that visual.

No walnuts in Brownies? YOU ARE THE MAN!!!

How do you feel about pecans? Both in general and in your baked goods. What are your views on walnuts in choco chip cookies? Abomination (hint..yes) or yummers?

I took Sparkys test too and I think I tied Hill and Obama with Edwards a close third. I actually like Edwards the best of all of them.

  8. STARRLIGHT: I like walnuts in my brownies...Travis does not....
I take take or leave Pecans to be honest...
It scares me that Richardson came out on top...really scares me

  9. Schmoop Says:
  10. I took the test and evidently I should vote for Chris Dodd with Hill a close second. As far as Brownies, when I was younger, I preferred myself in one.

  11. Anonymous Says:
  12. You're missing Stephen Colbert from the "colbert report" on comedy central from your list of presidential candidates. He is running ONLY in south carolina as a Democrat lol

    -m. marini

  13. Angell Says:
  14. Let's try two for two.

Good to hear about your arm buddy. Frustrating typing and doing things with only one good arm huh?

    No comment on baseball.

And since it's a different country, no comment on politics either. I don't understand a lot about it no matter what country we're talking about.

Love my brownies with walnuts, and extra ingredients if you got em.

Love boxer briefs on my men - or commando depending on the situation. Banana hammocks are NOT good no matter who you are.

    SMOOCHES.

  15. Liz Hill Says:
  16. Yay for cheap yummy massages and for you seeing Matt.

Ugh on politics---none of them impress me so it's going to ab a choice of evils for me.

Brownies are soooo yummy--either with or without nuts--and quite excellent with beer.

    Boxer briefs--mmmm mmmm sexay.

And yes the TV execs are dying if it's Rockies/Indians. The Rockies look like they have a very good shot.

    Smooches sugar

  17. Oh...Angell is so right. The first trip we made to Hawaii for Kidlet's 7th birthday (6 years ago) we were lounging on the beach in when an aged (OLD!!) German dude in a bright red banana hammock ran buy us. All business was at eye level. It scarred Kidlet so bad that to this day she still talks about the shocking banana hammock incident of '01

  18. Anonymous Says:
  19. mmmmm ..... what do I prefer on my man! loaded question, I'll behave! ::: I could have said, "ME" ::: however, since I'm behaving, I won't. Let's just say, "nothing" ! (wink) ::: straightens skirt, fluffs hair, dabs lips ::: Hope you're feeling much better soon, babe.
I'm happy you found a good doctor and the massages are enJoyable.

  20. I dunno - I'm staying away from the political stuff. You know me, I'm very apolitical. I think it should be federal law that political campaigning can begin no sooner than six months prior to an election.

Anyway...back to the boxers v. briefs v. boxer-briefs debate. Frankly, hubby and the manchild both like boxer briefs, but for those..ahem..."special" occasions, hubby does like boxers...

  21. Tug Says:
  22. um...... *clears throat*.....Go Rockies??

Glad you're feeling better, & enjoy the visit with Matt!

  23. katherine. Says:
  24. when I make Brownies...I have to make TWO batches...one male and one female...(with and without nuts)

glad the arm is better...sounds like you enjoy the therapy!

I get to see my daughter and her J-boy this weekend...I miss them and they are only an hour away....rolling my eyes....

  25. Mimi Lenox Says:
  26. Boxers/briefs.....none such sights in Bloggingham. Sigh.

Skipping the political for the moment.
What else is there to talk about?

Your arm. Soooooo glad you are getting some relief. Take care of yourself.

  27. Mimi Lenox Says:
  28. And thanks for plugging peace globes! I can't wait. I feel like a kid at Christmas. They're coming in now everyday...

  29. Julie Says:
  30. Mmmm brownies NO nuts...I'm nutty enough and let's put some frosting on them!

Men's underwear...hmmmmm *looks over at Jeff*

    Bwahahahaha!!!! Bye y'all!!
