Back from Minnesota, but I threw my lower back out and pinched a nerve...

  6. Sorry to hear about your back. I threw mine out a few weeks ago, and I'm still not a 100% yet. But at least I got to spend a few days laying on the couch (not this one...lol) and relaxing. Hopefully you can do the same and get yourself better.

  28. gee..thank you all for your kind words.. I am actually feeling a bit better tonight.. got a heat wrap and ate some ibuprofen and it seems to be easing up
