Well...we were out last night and didn't see American Idol...
Can't tell you who did well and who flushed the crapper...
Doesn't really matter -
Figuring that with the voting public, Jordin says bye bye
Not gonna be real surprised if it is Blake, but shocked if they dump Melinda...
All that said, let's enjoy some real music today -
Enjoy Kiddies...

Bond: Missed on the show last night...and I'm sorry you missed the surprise guest, one of American Idol's back up singers. I didn't even know for sure that she was going to call in.
By the way, she said wanted to eat Sundance Head.
Sorry you missed Melinda's absolutely spot on performances.. she was HAWT!
Thanks for the tunage.. just what I needed to start my day!
SMOOCHES and HUGS
I agree with Anndi...Melida rocked the place last night, especially with "Nutbush City Limits". No way as good as Tina, but she definitely put her own spin on it.
Ahhhhhh...Janice and Big Brother...what a great way to start Hump Day!!!
SMOOCH!
I love Janis Joplin (I should have been at Woodstock '69) and The Doors. One of my favourite quotes comes from Jim Morrison..." There are things known and there are things unknown, and in between are the doors."
It was actually an interesting night. Blake got the best feedback from the judges but I think every one of them got sort of screwed on the picks of what they had to sing.
Poor Melinda... Randy assigned her a Whitney Houston song and he blew it for her, picking a song that sucks when he could have picked some kind of crazy, powerful song.
But as is typical, Melinda was awesome anyhow. Jordin had a rough night and the judges didn't much like her performances.
It was pretty nuts.
I gotta say Melinda doing Nutbush was the high point of the season for me. Still can't work up a sweat, but I gotta give the girl her dues.
I was never more apalled thenn when Faith Hill did a remake Take Another Piece of My Heart by Janis. It went from being a soulfully painful work of art to a bubbly pop song. Ugh. Cheers Bond!!
Thanks for the wonderful tunage today. :D Melinda was HAWT and rocked out last night. Personally, I think this is all just a formality.....
SMOOCHES.
DOC: Sorry I missed it also..but began listening a bit ago.. Only a few minutes in (can you believe they expect me to work???)
ANNDI: I am sure she was excellent - remember, I predicted that Jordin goes home this weeek...
KISSES, HUGS, SMOOCHES
PIA: Janis, anytime of the day or night SMOOCH BODACIOUS
TWYLA; Ah Woodstock... just a year or two too young for me.. cousins wanted to take me mom and dad said no
108: Well I guess i will get to see some clips tonight...ty
STARRLIGHT: KEWL BEANS
MATT-MAN: I am so glad I have never been subjected to that - how come you never send me smooches?
ANGELL: You are quite welcome...SMOOCHES
**Imagines Matt-Man sending Bond smooches...and shudders** Okaaaay, now with THAT creepy thought going around in my head, I think it will be down to Melinda and Blake this week, with Melinda taking the title. I sincerely believe that Blake has too big of a following for his fans to let him go without a fight. Just my two cents worth! :)
hello.. no worries... I can catch it at the weekend. Though I expect I won't bother.
Hope you had more fun doing whatever you were doing in the outside world... real life!
Dangit! Summertime wouldn't play.
I love Janis on this song. There are singers, and then there are artists. She's both.
I imagine you're properly shocked right about now.
I'll get around to your meme...I promise.
