You can register for free at playlist.com and type in a band name and BAM the song will be there to assist in building your playlist.
Travis lays out some guidelines for this meme and they go like this:
1. Grab the banner, make your post title Five on Friday, and be sure to link back here.
2. Go to Playlist.com to make your play list of five songs. Choose a particular theme to share with us. You can simply post the play list, or you can add a little summary about what you are sharing.
3. I don't know how to make a specific linky, so be sure to leave me a comment to let me know that you participated.
4. No tags, but feel free to invite your friends to play along if they need a post topic on a Friday.
Well, the weather yesterday was supposed to be horrid. As I sit here on Thursday typing this, it is overcast, but there is also some glimmer of sunlight.
That is all supposed to change in the next few hours with 'the first severe storm of the year' here in the Memphis area.
Well, we will see if it happens.
In the meantime, some RAIN songs!
HAVE A GRAND WEEKEND Y'ALL!!!
Lovely set today, Vinny. Makes me long for a tall cool drink on a covered verandah ...
Blizzard warning here for tonight *sigh* but less than a month left of winter, so the end is near, even if it IS buried under 10 feet of snow. (check my photos from yesterday - gives you an idea)
Have a wonderful day!
Ye, I HAVE ever seen the rain! Right now!
Never really thought about it until now, but there are lots and lots of songs about rain. I guess because rain is gloomy and depressing. Which is why I bet there are oodles of poems about rain.
Anyway, rain has stopped here. Just cloudy and cool. Which is kinda gloomy also.
After a couple days of snow, we had sunshine and temps below freezing. Supposed to get some rain this weekend.
Great tunes to anticipate staying indoors for a weekend of basketball and kitty cat.
Hope you missed the worst of it, but our bonus is that we got to listen to those great songs!
