Nothing Says I Want You Like A Sliced Body Part...

Sparks Of Insanity By Vinny "Bond" Marini Thursday, April 10, 2008

So it is about 4:00 pm and we are sitting in our cube at work. Today was a day of billing and meetings and calls. My head feels like it needs to just open and drain all the work-puss out.

Very rarely do we do our posts here at work, but we need to go to the grocery store and get some supplies since Old Mother Hubbard's cupboards look stocked to the gills compared to ours.

Last night when we got home, we made a cocktail and then went upstairs and - well y'all know, we began playing with photo shop. Well just before the Radio Happy Hour was about to begin, we scooted back down to get something non-alcoholic to drink.

Our face hit the ground when we saw our freezer door ajar. "when did that happen"..."was it like that before?" Opening it, we saw everything with a degree of frost on it. Thankfully nothing had begun to defrost yet! Sheesh....whaddawesomekindanut?

Thankfully we had not done that just before bed and had it open all night. Well, good news is nothing was lost...

So, off to the grocery store after work and then we really just want to kick off our shoes and veg in front of the TV - with our three hANNd Margarets. Now, why do we have three? Well one is from the cable company but it will not control the surround sound or the TiVo...so there ya go ...three of them sleek sexy devices that can sooth my soul.

Tonight we get to watch "Criminal Minds"...one of our top faves...
Serial killers...lunatics....body parts...what an aphrodisiac that is! Hey, nothing says "I want you" like slicing someone's finger off ya know!

We actually sent the first 6 Chapters of "The Quest" to a friend who works in the publishing industry to get their read on it - excuse the pun. In case you are real new here and have no idea what we are talking about, scroll down the right sidebar and find the BIG LEATHER COUCH DRIVE-IN marquee and below it click on the link for "The Quest".

What we sent to our friend only contains about a tenth of what you will read there. We have begun to explore the lead characters childhood and have introduced other characters including an F.B.I. agent who we have named after a most excellent writer in his own right. The character is F.B.I. agent Travis Wolfe.

Where the hell were we? Oh yeah...tonight. So we decided to just write tonight's/tomorrow's post while taking a break here and then we can just really enjoy the evening with no worries other than selecting some Tuneage for all y'all.

The only thing that would make this evening better would be to have darlin' Nancy lying on the couch next to me...looking at me and wondering if it is all of her we like or just her "little lovely" (and NO, that is not a sexual reference...if you want to understand it, go read the story!).

Believe me...we want all of her and not in a sadistic, body-part cutting off, serial-killer way.

bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahaaaaaaa

The father of rock & Roll is a man clouded in mystery and rumors and legends. Robert Johnson, born Robert Leroy Johnson on May 8, 1911 and died on August 16, 1938.

Eleven 78's were released on the Vocalion label during his lifetime, with a twelfth issued posthumously.

THIS is what music is about folks...This man was doing this with a guitar made in the 20's!!! No action on the fretboard...no fancy strings...This s**t give me the chills...

This is the song that beget his most talked of legend.

ENJOY...
