NOW REMEMBER, Don't be a puddin' head and vote by name alone...

IF YOU DO NOT VOTE, THE TUTELAGE GAME IS NOT FUN!

  5. Twyla Says:
  6. Who you calling a puddin head???? LOL
I actually listened to all of the samples today (including the Jackson 5 one, which was pure torture for me) and I voted for Bing and Willie. Haha that sounds funny.
Oh and for your Elf name, I voted for Pinky Smickleifigus. :-)

  7. ANNDI: See...I knew you could do it!
    tidbits....hummmm...didn't think about tidbits...guess I should have...

  8. Schmoop Says:
  9. For some odd reason I have always liked The Ventures. Cheers!!

  10. ROGER: You could have voted for two....oooo is a child beater as bad as a wife beater? We had many people who slammed Ike the other day....

TWYLA: If the puddin' fits...LOL...sorry for the torture...it would have sounded funnier if it were a Big, WIllie...LOL...I like Pinky too...

  11. MATT-MAN: not strange at all... I hear them and think of beach and sand and ocean and bikinis....what is NOT to like?

  12. Liz Hill Says:
  13. I like the scraggly Willie Nelson version Pinky ;-)

  14. OBLadyBug Says:
  15. Bing Crosby's version is a classic but I'm a little partial to George Strait. Great post dear Vin.

  16. TURNBABY: And this surprises me not...heheheheh

OBLADYBUG: once again...not surprised...LOL Glad you enjoyed it darlin'

  17. That Jackson Five one was awful...LOL.

Here's a funny story about this song in our house: We are always singing it, the kis and I, although none of us knows any of the words. I even goggled the lyrics and we'll try it that way but it just doesn't work. We suck.

  18. Bing all the way, but I found that Fats Domino version kickin'.

Thanks for the fun, Bouncy Tootsie.

  19. Rainbow Says:
  20. HUH? Bing was a child beater :( Well then I will just keep my 2 votes to myself...but I did vote!

Off now to get an Elf name for my blog.

HUGS! Keep the fun happen' Vince!

  21. 108: KYRA ...the reaction to the 5 is surprising me a tad...Well, put on Bing and croon it out sista...

SONGBIRD: I also loved the Fats version to be honest...

SUEANN: Ummm yes dear, his son wrote a book years ago detailing Bing's need to slap the kiddies around...HUGS

  22. Mimi Lenox Says:
  23. Willie Nelson sang Frosty the Snowman? They did not teach me this in music school. I'm going to faint.

  24. Unknown Says:
  25. Strangely, I loved the Willie Nelson version. The Jackson 5 was just painful. The Ventures sounded just like "Tequilla". And I'd follow Bing to the ends of the earth.

Can I vote for George Strait's Onion even if I didn't like his version?

  26. Unknown Says:
  27. Oh, and "World Series of Beer Pong?"

  28. katherine. Says:
  29. Willie and Bing...

    (cool...more than one vote...smile)

  30. Anndi Says:
  31. I told you yeasterday you had to provide tidbits... sheesh...

I give up, he never listens....

  32. Tug Says:
  33. I should never read comments first...I'm listening now, & will NOT vote for or listen to Bing now.

I will say, before voting - Willie Nelson is probably the singer of my favorite all time version of "Amazing Grace". Have you heard it?

  34. MIMI: How did YOU get a degree and NOT know that??? hehehehe

DANA: Seems many feel the same way about the Jacksons...You can vote however you want, no one can tell who you voted for...

DANA: Stop in tonight and find out

    KATHERINE: Yup TWO, as requested...

ANNDI: I listen and as I responded to your other post, I will do a complete wrap-up after this is over... sheesh she never listens...
