Tried to put a post together, but I lost internet and lost the post and now it feels like someone hit my arm with a bat...it is so sore, I can not type..thinking pinched nerve since my neck is also very stiff...off to chiropractor today ...

Hopefully I will be able to type with two hands tomorrow...
