Ok - the band is Widespread Panic; the song is Pigeons; the band members are John Bell, Mike Houser, Dave Schools, Todd Nance, Sunny Ortiz and Jojo Hermann; the song was first released on the self-titled album "Widespread Panic" in 1991. However, the song was originally debuted as an instrumental, called "Puppet Song".
