YAY... didn't even have to miss sleep.. ok.. had to rearrange the schedule... but WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Ok, I'll take a whack at it (but how in the world do you remember this stuff?? Have you been sniffing the vinyl again???) Here goes:
Name of Band: Ten Years After Album Title: Ten Years After Band Members: Alvin Lee, Ric Lee, Leo Lyons, Chick Churchill Song Title: I Can't Keep From Crying, Sometimes
So...this was their first album, wasn't it? Are you going to do this again in 40 years with Taylor Hicks??? Huh???? WOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
I don't know all the members cause they had a habit of coming and going, didn't they? Kinda a habit of those jam bands. Didn't they later reform or some of them atleast, as Blood Sweat and Tears?
Ok - recess. And I'm probably too late, but the band is Blues Project. The song is "I can't keep from crying, sometimes". The album is Blues Project Live at Town Hall (1967) and ... the band members at the time of this recording were Danny Kalb, Steve Katz, Andy Kulberg, Roy Blumenfeld, Al Kooper. There were some other members, but they dropped out before this song was recorded. So .... how'd I do?
I cant' play today! :( I tried to decorate by blog for Christmas and broke something :( I can't figure out what's wrong but I keep getting all sorts of error messages sent to my email box. LOL It looks like the site looks ok to the average visitor though, whew. Just wanted to stop by and say howdy. :)
I got into blogging to express myself. It has led me to sharing my life, my passion for food, my fiction and my love of music.
Music On The Couch is a passion for me. Sharing "Musicians You Should Know" and helping those who appear on the show to grow their audience.
