Things I can do without:

1. Brittney Spears posing nude on a magazine cover...even when she is not pregnant the girl has lost any sexuality she once had...Now when Demi Moore posed nude...different story
2. Any stories about Tom Cruise...just go away please
3. Star Jones...this waste of flesh...the way she sold the rights to her wedding and refuses to admit she had surgery to allow her to lose weight...
4. Ozzie Guillen, the manager of the Chicago White Sox...he has put his foot in his mouth so many times and refuses to admit any mistakes...and do not tell me about different meanings and cultures...you earn your living in the USA- get over it...
5. The war in Iraq...nuff said - bring them home NOW
6. Fans of American Idol winner Taylor Hicks who complain about every little thing. I read the boards at americanidol.com and shake my head ... "Leno better let him sit on the couch or we will write him and complain", "Why is Katherine on the show with Taylor, he is the winner?" ...etc. etc. etc -- folks - he won... time to go back to your lives...your being obnoxious only makes people not like him.
   

Things I would like:

1. Potential buyers for my home...
2. Something to watch on TV during the summer...
3. The World Cup to end...yawn
4. Parents to realize what their children are doing online. This girl that traveled to Jordan to meet an online suitor..what is up with that?
5. The NCAA to try move into the 21st century with some of their rules. Why can't a student athlete hold a job so he can have some money on his own? All you are doing is opening the door to under the table payments...
6. Tickets to the American idol concert, so I can see Taylor Hicks live.. On second thought I will wait until he tours on his own so I do not have to sit through pickles singing...
7. Happiness, success and financial well-being for my family and all my friends...

Followup to 2 days ago... Asheville Tourists manager...ONLY a 10 game suspension and a $1,000.00 fine. Well fine could not be a lot...that might be a full month's salary for a manager of a Single A team... but only 10 days??? Does not give a warning to other managers not to do the same thing...
